1. Services

T&B Systems ("Company," "we," "us") provides digital marketing and CRM management services including website design, Google Reviews management, AI voice systems, Google Business Profile management, and related services to small businesses.

2. SMS & Text Messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website or verbally, you consent to receive SMS text messages from T&B Systems. These messages may include appointment reminders, booking confirmations, follow-ups, service-related updates, as well as marketing messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation SMS that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help or call 443-509-5802. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

3. Payment & Subscriptions

Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

T&B Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
